Because Ona owns the whole workflow - a new patient inquiry flows into scheduling, scheduling into the clinical visit, and the visit into a clean insurance claim - it automates the handoffs other stacks leave to staff: no re-entry, no tab-switching, no middleware.

Migration from any EHR or practice management tool is free, typically within one business day, with a full cutover usually taking 1-3 weeks for smaller practices. **Compliance.** HIPAA compliant. A BAA is in place with every Ona workspace, with Ona acting as business associate to the practice. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, messaging and video calls are end-to-end encrypted, tenants are isolated, access is role-based, and audit trails are immutable.
